«great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath. »

«We stayed here with 11 people for New Year’s Eve and my birthday! The property is secluded and peaceful, right on the lakefront, which made it feel like our own private retreat. The sunsets over the water were beautiful, and the hot tub was spotless and ready for us to enjoy. «This property is decorated beautifully, with nice appliances, beds were super comfy and the house was extremely cleaned and well maintained. The sunrise view was amazing. Unexpected snow hit, and the owner was right there to shovel and salt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanted a get away to RI. »

«The house was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. Our family of six had plenty of room to watch tv and hang out for the limited time we were there. A few more throw blankets would have been great for the couch. The bathroom was small but served its purpose. Everything was clean. «We had such a wonderful stay! The house was truly perfect and fit everyone comfortably. My kids loved running around in the spacious backyard and using the fire pit for s’mores. The location is also amazing! 8 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the ferry and a 25 minute drive to Newport. We will definitely be staying here again! »

«The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans dished and utensils. There are basic spices and sugar and cream as well. There is a keurig with pods provided which was nice. A French press or small coffee pot would also be nice. The main disappointment was the terrible toilet paper. »
