Ok Hotel
Acceptable considering how busy it was at the time. Some of the staff could learn to smile a bit more. The buffet was not warm enough. Breakfast was good. Been staying here for many years and feel the service level has been reduced.

Very disappointed with this hotel. It says it’s a 4 star, but it should not be. The quality and standard is old and very low. Not worth the expensive price you pay at all.

Dårligere inntrykk enn forventet. Vi så for oss en hotellopplevelse som skulle være av litt bedre klasse, da vi betalte mer enn gjennomsnittlig pris på overnattingen. Hotellet lå usentralt (selv om det var annonsert det motsatte), hadde altfor små rom, og lav standard. Lignet mer en 2-stjernes hotell.

Helt greit. Hadde forventet mer.
Ut fra hjemmeside og info på Hotell.com forventet jeg et flottere hotell. Det var helt greit, men kan nok gjerne legge ut et mer riktig bilde av hotellet. Vi skulle gjerne spist middag tidligere enn vi fikk mulighet til. Det var visst veldig fullt. Men maten i seg selv var veldig bra. Og servitøren gjorde så godt hun kunne.

Bra hotell ved transfer til/fra RVK flyplassen
Fint hotell hvis du ankommer eller reiser fra den lokale flyplassen (RVK). Hyggelig betjening og god mat. Ok beliggenhet og gode parkeringsmuligheter, men et godt stykke fra sentrum.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the first one through Hotels.com. This time the room was smaller and parts of it worn down (rust in the shower, very old roof lamps). However, the room seemed partially refurbished. Another thing to note was that the double bed was rather narrow, and had one mattress such that if my partner moved I would wake up. We had two double rooms, similar issues with both. I considered a larger room that could fit all four, but I could There only facility for kids at the hotel was a Nintendo switch and some games, so not very family friendly.

Excellent if you rent car
Great hotel which is easy accessable if you drive a car. Huge parking space in front of hotel. Arrived late so check-in was super fast. Great beds and excellent room. Bathroom could use an upgrade, but otherwise superb. No one-time use soaps amd sjampoos which is a huge plus!

Beautiful hotel. Modern and very clean. I never heard the planes or any noise despite being literally next to the airport. Staff was professional, kind and helpful. Great stay! I would recommend but I would have a car as the bus doesn't run often and the walk to downtown can be a little tricky if the weather is bad.
