Anbefaler hotellet både for turist og forretning.
Velfungerende hotell med fin service og en veldig bra restaurant. Hyggelig atmosfære i lobbyområdet. Frokosten var også over forventningen. Rommet var helt ok og ikke mer, men rent og pent. Et hotel med god beliggenhet og som samlet sett var en meget god opplevelse. Booker nok dette hotellet også på min neste reise til Reykjavik.

Vanskelig å sove
Alt meget bra bortsett fra radiatoren som durer voldsomt gjennom hele natten. Også bankelyder fra radiatoren. Dette drar ned opplevelsen mye og det var ikke mye søvn denne natten.

Bra hotell
Fint hotell. Meget god frokost, så pass på å bestille rom med det inkludert. Super spa-avdeling hvor du får 5 min nakke massasje i boblebadet ved vanlig spa-inngang. Vi var 11 stykker fordelt på 6 rom. Mye tull med noen av rommene. Vi sjekket inn det ene rommet og når man låste seg inn med kortet lå det en mann å sov der. Veldig fin lobby og bar-avdeling, men ufattelig treg servering i baren. Ved ingen kø eller noe tok det 25 minutter å få to enkle drinker.

In general is Hilton on Reykavik a good hotel. But service Level medium both in reception and at the breakfast. And my daughter was refused to work out in gym with me because she was under 16.... Stupid rule.

Flott sted!
Turen var i forbindelse med kurs. Rakk ikke å se så mye annet enn hotellet og litt av byen, men en uforglemmelig SPA-opplevelse gjorde underverker.

Kjempefint hotell i gåavstand fra sentrum
Vi var på bryllupsreise til Island og dette hotellet var veldig veldig bra! God service og strålende mat samt at sengene var gode :-)

Badekar!
Det beste for meg akkurat ved ankomst, etter en hel dag på hesteryggen, var at rommet hadde badekar. Folkene i resepsjonen var veldig imøtekommende og fantastisk hyggelig!

I paid almost 500$ for seven breakfast and it was the same thing every day and their selection was horrible the only good thing about the breakfast was the cappuccino

Good stay overall. Clean and spacious rooms for this area. My room was warm even with the heat completely shut off I kept the window open 24/7. Bar service was unfriendly and horribly expensive. Dining/ coffee shop access almost disappeared in this section of town in the weekend.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful, the location was the only negative as there wasn’t really much within walking distance in terms of restaurants and shops. I would choose a hotel in city center if I were to return.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the - for a hotel -good gym. The room was ok, but pretty basic and in need of some love. Quiet, though. I think I was pretty unlucky to always bump into that grumpy receptionist, all other staff members were a delight, though.

The front desk staff really spoilt the stay for us. Unwelcoming, wrong information and even gave the wrong rooms to us. Eventually my boss had the single bed room and I had the double room. Only found out during breakfast the next morning. Terrible when I specifically asked her if the rooms are different and she replied no they are the same.

The property is very convenient for families. It has a nice Nordic Spa for adults. The bar and sitting areas are very cosy. The atmosphere definitely reflects the New Year vibe.. The breakfast was so rich and delicious. They serve happy hour every evening on the executive lounge, free drinks and snacks.. absolutely perfect..
