Guest can access the whole apartment.
Washing machine /dryer in one machine. Towels , hairdryer, hangers and ironing board is available.
All the kitchen stuff is available. Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster blender, pot, pan, owen, containers, forks, knives, cups, glasses, plates etc. Also spices, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea. All free to use at will. Microwave is also available.
In living room you have couch (flips to sleeping bed in one motion), living room table, dining area and 6 chairs

Parking lot right across the apartment (they charge per hour). Always available spots, never full.
And also street parking (free from 9pm to 8am). Most of the time available spot.
