«Very nicely located hotel with oldish but rather well maintained bungalows. However, the food offer is mediocre. Compared with the other hotels we stayed at, the selection for breakfast was very poor and the products were of poor quality. For lunch we got a tasteless, well done burger (we ordered medium). The creperie was decent though and it was cool to observe sharks down. In the end we decided to rent a car and eat outside the resort and that was a very good decision. »

«We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant. The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti. »

«We had to stay one night in Tahiti to catch the ferry to Moorea the next day. This hotel was walking distance to everything. The ferry, food, bars, and a grocery store to grab snacks and drinks for our stay in Bora Bora. Was a basic room. And very clean with friendly staff. »

«This property is nice, but it could definitely use a revamp on the exterior. We only stayed 1 night before taking the ferry to Moorea. You can tell it is an older property by the look of the buildings from the outsides. Our room was still pretty nice with a gorgeous ocean view and a jacuzzi tub. The staff was extremely kind and as accommodating as possible. They allowed us to check into our room hours earlier than expected and even upgraded us from the room we reserved to a better one. «Our stay was wonderful! The hotel staff is very friendly and everything was super clean. The whole hotel, beginning from the garden, over to the house and the pier had lovely details wherever you look. No matter if its plants or flowers, deco elemants or art. «We really enjoyed our stay at Cook’s Bay. The resort is very small, but very beautiful and clean. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Our a/c was broken the first night and they went above and beyond to help and had it fixed first thing the next morning. The hot water was really hot enough for us, but considering how hot the outside temps are in Moorea, we really didn’t mind the cool showers. «The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beautiful beach close by. The only problem we had was that it was a bit noisy. At check in they said it would be some work next door on monday, for a couple of hours. That was fine. But on tuesday - without warning they started both on the roof and next door apartment at 07:45 in the morning. This went on for the whole day. «Great location, charming breakfast area on the bay and nice people in the reception BUT: 1. The aircondition and safe were not working in the first hut we moved into. Two people came to check on the problems, left and never got back to us, so we had to go to the reception area three extra times, and then wait for three hours before we had to move our luggage to a new cabin.
