«All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. Keep in mind there was only 4 of us playing cards/talking/laughing inside with no music when the complaint was reported. In our opinion, the complainers ...

«The room was clean, but had many many bugs. Which I did not mind much due to the location on the hotel being more in the forest. The area where the kitchenette is and for outdoor relaxing is covered in dog poop. I found this to be unsanitary.»

«Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. »

Two people came to check on the problems, left and never got back to us, so we had to go to the reception area three extra times, and then wait for three hours before we had to move our luggage to a new cabin. «Very nicely located hotel with oldish but rather well maintained bungalows. However, the food offer is mediocre. Compared with the other hotels we stayed at, the selection for breakfast was very poor and the products were of poor quality. For lunch we got a tasteless, well done burger (we ordered medium). The creperie was decent though and it was cool to observe sharks down. In the end we decided to rent a car and eat outside the resort and that was a very good decision. »

At check in they said it would be some work next door on monday, for a couple of hours. That was fine. But on tuesday - without warning they started both on the roof and next door apartment at 07:45 in the morning. This went on for the whole day. «The property was simply beautiful and the staff very friendly. We quickly became fell in love with a dog whom hangs around the resort but does not bother guests in any way. Very relaxing and calm atmosphere with amazing views of the sunset. I would highly recommend this place.»

«The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again ...

«I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC ...
