«Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy. This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet. This was an ideal midpoint home ...

«Overall, I recommend this property! It’s very spacious, private, clean, and easily houses 4 people. The host was super responsive, and the listing is completely accurate. A couple of quick notes for future guests: as noted in the description, the only access is via an exterior metal staircase (take care as it gets a bit slippery when wet). The balcony view isn't the best, and the patio furniture was pretty dusty and could use a wash. Otherwise, a great stay!»

The property was so beautiful, new, and clean, stocked pantry and cooking tools- we stay in rentals all over the us and islands, traveling 22 weeks a year. This is the nicest place I have ever had the pleasure to stay in!»

«Such a cute little house! I loved our stay and it was very convenient to go to explore Zion National Park from here! We also enjoyed the Red Cliffs recreation area and Quail Lake that were only a 5 minute drive away! The winery down the street had some tasty wine and a Mexican restaurant right near by was also great. My only complaint is that I didn't have time to stay longer!»

«This place was everything we needed for our Southern Utah trip. It was very clean, private, and even bigger than we expected. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were awesome, and the friendly cat welcoming us every day was such a fun touch. Communication was fast, they were thoughtful and helpful with anything we needed, and we would absolutely stay here again.
