Be prepared to be blown away! First of all, choosing to stay in Springdale is definitely the right decision. The town is a beautiful, quaint mountain town reminiscent of Breckenridge CO. The Cottages sit behind a wonderful art gallery located in an endearing renovated home, with the lawn full of huge trees and 6’+ yard spinners created by a local artisan (you can even purchase them). Now, to the actual accommodation. The 4 cottages comprised of two 2-unit buildings are so well-appointed. The space is well laid out, allowing for comfort and efficiency. There is no detail not considered from the cookware and servers to the full array of spices and oils. The Keurig coffee bar has everything- tons of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, hot teas, hot cocoa. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy enough with plenty of towels and bath products. There is a grill outside although we didn’t use it. And that view out the back? Amazing to see such a glorious rock mountain the first thing in the morning. And sunset is when the sun hits that rock making it glow. The location is just perfect too. It is right outside of the South (main) Park entrance so you don’t spend time “getting there.” Cathy, our host, was attentive, kind, accommodating and responsive. She’s the best. Highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to have their expectations exceeded!
