«I miss this place already! Wonderful place and super nice staff. I would however recommend the ocean view rooms as the rooms in the "garden" do not have a particularly attractive view. We had room nr 3 (second floor in the "first row" of bungalows) and the view/feeling of staying there was worth every penny. Based on our strolls up and down the beach this was probably one of the best rooms you can get if you want the ocean view and sound of waves. Only negative thing I have to comment on; ...

«We didnt get an upgrade becasue the hotel was fully booked, but we got another amenity instead, which was a great counter offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we were not happy with was the restaurant. There are far better restaurants for dinner in the city which are cheaper and have in our opinion better food. Other than that everything lovely! :) Thanks for making our stay great!»

«Las Villas Akumal ligger vakkert til rett ved stranden. Det er et forholdsvis lite hotell (noe jeg foretrekker) med personlig service. Rommene er pene romslige leiligheter med 2 soverom, 2 bad, stort kjøkken, romslig stue og stor terasse med vakker utsikt utover sjøen. Sanden på stranden var litt grov og det var en del stener i sjøen men nettop fordi sanden var grov og ikke finkornet og kompakt viste det seg at de store havskilpaddene foretrakk denne sanden til å grave sine reder og legge egg. ...
