«Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!»

«Jim and May are very cool people. Their wonderful cottage had just the right amount of everything for easy layback living. The Ashokan reservoir is within close proximity and biking could not be any better on all the trails. Let alone Woodstock, which is a gem. Bread Alone on rt. 28 for breakfast is a good idea! Have every intention to be a guest at Jim and May’s cottage again!!»

«The home was lovely and the view was absolutely stunning. You get this view from all but 1 room. I rated at mid point because the primary rooms bathroom has 0 curtains. Which for the first day seemed fine, until I could see our neighbors walking about. After that we concluded that, yes they can see into the very back of the bathroom, even the toilet. I was very disenchanted at that point. As for the hot tub, the water never got beyond tepid and had issues that needed calls and effort to get back ...

«This is a spacious home with a convenient and well equipped kitchen and lots of light! There are bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels -so staying with another couple or family is very easy and private. The location is convenient to many awesome Catskills attractions while also being very secluded. We loved it!!»

«This is a beautiful home. It is cozy, warm and beautifully decorated. I am a retired arts administrator. The art is spectacular. As an added bonus, the books on sight add such a nice touch for a relaxing evening. We made wonderful memories here together with our group of 6. I will be telling our friends and family about it. It is amazing!»

«Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to ...
