«Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!»

«The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The ...

«Very peaceful, had the most lovely morning with light streaming in the windows reading a book and slowly starting my day. Just stayed one night but it really helped me relax. the sauna was wonderful, loved the fire pit (bring your own wood and fire starter) and the kitchen and living room were so cute. Bed was comfy, and I was quite at peace. Will be back if I'm in the area again.»

«The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. «Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so ...
