«Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots!»

«The hose is really cute and decorated well, however we were put off by the smell of the water. My family refused to even wash with it. We had to go to the store for bottled water and shower at a friend's house. Also the bedding needed to be laundered. I emailed the owner about these problems and did not hear back.»

«Great location to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife in the area. This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and the place had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax while exploring the area.»

«Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. »

«After staying 2 nights at the Zen cottage in Gardiner (same host), I decided to stay an extra night, but only this location was available, so I booked. I walked in to a very tidy beautiful space, albeit a lot less work went into restoring this space compared to the prior, furniture definitely not as cozy. «I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. »

«Beautiful property with amazing view close to ski area and hiking trails. Lovely owner who took excellent care of me on my stay. Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone.
