«Everything was wonderful! Perfect for a long weekend getaway»

«Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) «While the room itself was clean, there were several issues that make this a bad stay. Both of the sheets were clean, but had some orange and red stains. The towels provided were tattered and had significant holes in them. The gap between the outside door and the floorboard was quite large, with nothing stopping bugs/mice from coming inside. I stayed in room 3, and I could hear whispers from room 2 like they were right next to me, so don’t expect any privacy. Finally, when we arrived we were told ...

«Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. «Gorgeous property with a very responsive host and well-maintained spaces. Rooms were clean and very tidy, kitchen was well-stocked with cooking materials, and the house itself was lovely - great furniture and decor. The location is also great as it is not too far from hiking trails and towns like Ellenville/Woodstock. We could not have found a better spot for a weekend getaway. 5/5.»
