«Quiet location, reasonable price. The room was in a bit of a poor condition though. Worn down furniture, cracks and dents all over. The shower head-hose was coming off the wall - and the tub was not possible to use because the plug wasn’t functioning. »

«Stay was smooth. Check in was quick, room was clean. I didn't need any of the amenities as my stay was for brief for a day but all in all it was good.»

«Room was very clean and modern. Our stove didn’t work but good to have a sink, fridge and freezer. Check-in went well and there were several carts available to transport luggage. Overall enjoyed the stay with a family of 5. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work.»

«The Cozy Den was just that. A cozy place to unwind at the end of a long day of sightseeing with family. Very clean and comfortable. The furnace is a bit noisy, but you are downstairs by it. We did sleep peacefully. No noise from above. I would recommend the Cozy Den for a stay.»

«Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. »
