«Property is shabby overall. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work ...

«A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.»

«We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...
