«If you are looking for the best of what a traditional British guesthouse should be, look no further. The room and communal areas are spotless. The towels and linen are fresh and look New. Building is well 19. The refreshments in the room could be no better, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Then we come to breakfast. Perfection. «We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .»

«This place is not well maintained or as described. We could not get the boiler running without letting water splurt everywhere in order to refill it. One of the mattresses has a massive rip in it and doesn't look clean. There were not enough plates for nine guests to eat off and only four or five forks. The door handle to the toilet was broken, we repaired it the best we could so it is in better shape than when we left. The top oven has the inner glass missing which is not safe and the bottom ...
