«The property is very well maintained. Veery clean and roomy. Beautiful pool, we did not get to use it because the weather was not appropriate. Ashley was very helpful and caring, she gave me restaurant options and she wrote them down for me. I give Ashley a 100% in customer care. The only thing I recommend is replacing the refrigerator the outside is unappealing, as it has rust or discoloration in large areas.»

«Pool closed because nobody is CPR trained, just put up a sign to swim at own risk. No free coffee. No free breakfast. There credit card system down at the restaurant so it is room charge or cash. Cleaning staff is fine.»

«Good location, very close to shops and restaurants. Room was average in quality, nothing fancy, but served our needs well. Biggest negative is that we had people constantly walking back and forth upstairs - way past midnight! It was very loud and disturbing. Almost as if someone (staff) may be permanently living upstairs above our room. Would stay here again for the location - would not stay here again because of the noise.»

«The dryer didn't work and key card had issues. Very difficult to use coffee pot and didn't have utensils for food in the room and the refrigerator was not super cool.»

«Beach was beautiful and so was the view once the fog cleared. Staff was friendly. We liked the proximity to downtown. Breakfast was mediocre, would have liked a protein( hard boiled eggs or something comparable. »

«We enjoyed our stay there we were there for six days. The place was beautiful. It was very calming beautiful music playing beautiful grounds flowers the pool dog friendly which we love staff was friendly. Nice place was Clean definitely going back next year and definitely would recommend to go there we loved it.»

«What a dirty, unkempt, broken down hotel. They're under renovation but even the new touch ups are cheap, messy, and thrown together. They need better contractors. Their own maintenence dept needs an upgrade. Broken irons, missing hair dryers in 3 rooms we had. Room 410 has some kind of plumbing behind the headboard wall that shakes the entire wall, lamps, and bed constantly. Ver frustrating place to spend time.»

«Overall good. Good location. I would stay again because it meets my location requirements. The room was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. For a Hilton I was surprised by the following things. Could use to upgrade the bedding, it was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the attempt at refinishing the tub was peeling off and the no skid rubber on the tub bottom was not clean. TV was not working well and kept going dark and had to be restarted which sometimes ...
