«The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean.»

«Room 319- Staff nice room was clean. However I was surprised we had a skylight, and not a window. There was an automatic window cover, which was fine. Was a bit windy this night and there was a constant noise like a tile lifting or something tapping on the roof, which kept walking us up. Otherwise all good. Didn’t use restaurant or bar, so can’t comment, but they looked very nice. Parking no issue, it is £5 if you book through external site, Expedia etc but it does state this when you book. »
