«When I arrived at my room on the first day, there was no toilet paper, the trash can in the bathroom was full of bloody period diapers and there were greasey stains everywhere. The shower smelled sour and all the towels were dirty same as the bed sheets, there was hair on the bed linen and towels which showed that it had been used. The floor was full of hair, dust and dirt. I went down to the reception and asked to have the room cleaned, which they promised to do, I went into the room after the ...

«Good location. Walking distance to most of the places worth a wisit. Grand Cafe in the backyard of the hotel is really nice. Good hotel, but the breakfast is dissapointing. In a 5 star hotel should there be fresh fruit juice and at least sparkling water. They serve some extremly sweet apple- and peach lemonade. Not a good start of the day. All in all a 3 star breakfast.»

«I left very early, so no breakfast»

«We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best hotel beds I've slept in, which is not something I often experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms, which made for a ...

«Veldig behagelig personal bak resepsjonen.

«Loved everything, the room, the breakfast.»

«Meget god beliggenhet, fancy rom,»

«Hotel was very clean and the location was even better! Would recommend this to anyone staying in Sofia.»

«Meget bra Hotel »

«Veldig hyggelig personale. Flott frokost. Ekkel teppe på gulvet, spindelvev i taket, ingen heis. »

«Good hotel, good breakfast, central, nice staff»

Superfin beliggenhet.»

«Rent og fint, hyggelig personale. Fint hotell»
