Hoteller i Malo Butsjino

«Flott hotell kan du sei. Basseng»

«It was so nice the restaurant was delicious. Also was cozy and close to city without the noise.»

Anbefales virkelig!»

«Although»

«I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight.»

«New hotel, convenient location, biggest mall nearby, parking available.»

«very nice hotel, friendly staff. very good value for money»

«Superr perfect nice hotel»

«I always stay here on trips to our office in Sofia. Very clean, no-touch check-in (all mobile app), free breakfast, free co-working space, high-speed wifi ... it checks all the boxes for a business trip. I usually book the rooms which have the balcony / porch, which always have a great view of the mountains, and the rooms are huge. More grocery / restaurants w/in a 5 minue walk than you'll ever need to use.»

«I left very early, so no breakfast»

Despite raising this properly and providing documentation, we received no meaningful response—just a €10 refund at checkout with no apology. The handling of the situation was poor, and the staff showed little understanding, even interrupting when we tried to explain. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.»

«First we got scammed by the taxi driver from the airport, he charge triple price from airport to hotel. We told the receptionist about the story, and she said we had to pay 8 Lev for city tax, are you sure about that I said ? And she said yes, a nice lady in check in. Have her a 20 bill, and got 10 back??!! And I said this is not right ? Well she didn’t got any coins?? First told about the taxi driver, and then the receptionist is doing the same thing?? Really bad experience!! Suddenly she had ...

«Hatt veldig bra opphold. Veldig rent og god frokost.»

«Helt ok hotell. Bra treningsrom, fint basseng. ...
