«The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk ...

«Don't forget to take a dip in the pool.»

«I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. »

«The stay was great. The location to the Queens Park Savannah was what we needed to get great food at nights. The room was very updated and clean. The entire property was so peaceful. I will definitely book another stay when traveling and I will recommend to others as well. Thank you Staff!»

«Excellent hospitality!! The meals were well prepared and delicious! The location is very convenient with the beach across the street.»

«If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.»

«First time im writing a review as I felt this guesthouse deserved it. Very friendly host and hostesses! I had a great stay. Will recommend to anyone staying in Port of Spain.»

«The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. »

«Paid for a service and got no booking or check in information. Zero contact from host and Expedia refuse to refund my money . Do not recommend ! BIG SCAM and I’ll and be reporting fraud.»
