Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. «We stayed for two nights and the apartment was everything we hoped for and more. A full kitchen, free bottled water and huge, clean space with aircon. The owner Alicia did an amazing job, not only answering all our questions - but actually taking us all over the city in a hunt for carnival costumes. «The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can..
