«A cozy spot with 3 beds and a full kitchen. Host was available. It is off a very busy road which made walking/running impossible. The upstairs bedroom could hear the loud highway. Overall, a cute place with water and a few snacks left for welcoming. My one piece of feedback I gave the host was that main bedroom’s bed was so terribly squeaky and unsteady that it made it very hard to rest. «We went for one night. We met our host who was lovely. She even wrote a few suggestions of what to do in the vicinity. Although we only book for the one night, we would love to come back and take advantage of what there is to do at Longwood Gardens and all around the Wilmington area. The common area was lovely. «The rental was perfect for what we needed. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The host was quick to respond to questions I had. I will definitely see if this rental if available the next time I’m in the area.»

«Bright and cheery home in a cute neighborhood with many restaurants in walking distance. Eastern penitentiary was so close and brought great history to the area. Beds were comfortable, lots of space, ample amount of new towels and house hold accessories(hand soap, coffee, kitchen supplies etc.) Hosts were quick to respond to questions and very helpful through the booking process. Would definitely book this property again. »

«Pros: unit very clean, proximity to most of the areas we were exploring, price, size of unit was outstanding Cons: NOISY NOISY NOISY, if your a light sleeper this unit isn’t for you. I sleep like a rock and was woken up multiple times every night. The area this unit is in is a bit sketchy so there were always fights or yelling at the gas station right next door and you could hear every word like they were standing inside with you.
