«Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. »

«Friends and I had a great time staying here. House was very nice and clean, with towels and blankets available from the property owner and the property owner was very quick in responding to some of the questions we had. Only issue was the next morning, there had been an ice storm and we were unable to get out of the driveway due to the ice. However, it wasn’t the homeowners fault at all and the home owner was very understanding, they allowed us to go back inside while we were waiting for help to ...
