«Would of gave five stars but we had to leave at 2 am as had a emergency at home so we didn’t really get a chance to use the hot tub or breakfast But staff was excellent and would recommend»

«Room was very clean and ideal for a one night stay. Too small for comfortability. The bathroom was very small and the shower too compact for most adults. No chairs or tables for relaxation. Was clean and quaint for a place to lay your head.»

«Our stay this year was a lot of fun. The cabins were clean and well stocked. Not the best weather but we made the most of it, we had all 6 cabins and the house for our annual weekend. Highly recommend this Resort.»

«Clean, minimalist cabin far from the city, exactly what I was after. I didn't get water before it got dark and that was dumb of me, I would suggest finding the water pump during daylight. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again»

«We booked this property for a girls weekend and loved our stay! Such a cute little cabin that had everything we needed. The only downside is no running water for showers and a porta potty. But if you don’t mind a little rustic stay then this would be a great option!»

«Liked availability for <1wk rental, proximity to main road & host was incredibly responsive. Kids liked the train set. Didn't like that WiFi is advertised but not provided. No cable and the TV/VCR/DVD only worked sometimes. Ceiling water stains in EVERY room. Torn linens and damaged counters/furniture. Something was melted in the dryer so was concerned to use it. No towels provided. Advertises that sleeps 10 but no (glad we didn't need that many beds). The key does NOT work to the second ...

«It was a nice, cozy cottage / cabin in the woods. It had everything you need and it was clean. Quiet and peaceful. We seen deer, a jack rabbit and chipmunks running around in the back chasing each other and collecting acorns. Made some s'mores at the fire at night. Plenty of wood. South Higgins Lake State Park is 5 minutes away and so is Marl Lake State hiking trail. The owner / host was very nice. My wife and kids enjoyed this place. We will be back next year.»

«Great small campground, very quiet and secluded. The host helped us quickly when we had a few issues with the camper. The camper is very clean. Don't forget to bring your own linens for the twin beds if you have littles. The campground shower/facilities were great compared to state parks we've stayed at in the past.The camper has very minimal pots/pans/ utensils but we made it work. Overall we loved the area and the days we spent exploring the area!»
