«We stayed here to be able to attend our daughter's graduation from JMU. The cabin was super clean and had everything you could want while being away from home. We looked forward to coming back to the cabin each evening. Very peaceful and felt like we were in a tree house with all the trees in full leaf bloom. Very pretty area. «My wife and I absolutely loved our 4-night stay at the Golden Ridge Cabin. This was the best thought-out vacation rental we have seen yet. The drawers/cabinets and switches were all clearly labeled. We brought our own cookware and whatnot but didn't use them because all kitchen gadgets and doodads were already present! The furniture was comfy and just right for the space. They are strict on checkout times. I got a message 15 min before checkout warning me that the housekeeper was waiting on us and that I had 15 min. This was after a snafu at checkin where, even though we were an hour late for checkin, the property wasn’t quite ready. Not a big deal, especially since we booked the day before. Loved ...

«Our family of six adults recently stayed here to attend our niece’s graduation from JMU. The house was very clean and suited our needs well. It was exactly as described in the description. It is fully equipped with everything you need in case you want to cook or is conveniently located to restaurants if you do not want to cook. We even had deer basically come look in the windows. We would certainly rent again.»

«We had a wonderful time with family and friends at this property. This home was spotless and was equipped with all necessities. The kids had plenty of activities to keep them occupied (arcade games, fuseball table, basketball, ect..). Everyone also enjoyed the hotub. We also spent some time at the waterpark which was a short distance from this property. Overall, a great weekend getaway and we highly recommend this property and apprectiate the opportunity to spend time in this home :)»
