«Our receptionist was friendly, but the room we booked was not what we received. We booked a room for four person capacity (3 actually staying in the room) Should have been a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room there was a king bed and a chair. We asked for a room with a sofa or a room with 2 beds. None available. They did bring us a small portable bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain so water ended up all over the floor. «The room was spotless!! I enjoyed the shower with glass doors. The staff was great and very helpful. The Breakfast was excellent!! The seasoning was spot on and great variety of breakfast options to choose from.»

Building has good bones but in need of rehab.First room112 was bad, mold in bathroom, window unlock on ground floor, pin holes in drapes, used condom hanging on lamp cord by trash can, fresh condom by bed stand, plugins on all lamps would hold a power cube for phone. Luggage rack was rusted. Handicap shower seat was worn out and cushion had cracks in it. «They have done a good job of updating the rooms although our bathroom was tiny and that was the only place I could find both a mirror and plugs. They need a mirror over the desk like area with plugs for hair tools. Do NOT drive a taller vehicle up to the check in area. 6 feet is the maximum height that will fit in the lower garage. «when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.»

«The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. «First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.»
