«Waited for over 30 minutes just for someone to check me in because they were out front hanging with their friends outside the entrance doors, they could see me the whole time. Staff was very rude the entire stay. I stayed for one month and they cleaned my room one time after I complained after a dozen times. Charged me for needing toilet paper since they didn’t refill because they didn’t clean my room ever. For the price that I had to pay, a motel 6 would have had better service and cleanliness. ...

«The location of this property was perfect! My husband and I both had meetings in two different directions and this was a great location for both of us. The property was super clean and exactly as the pictures showed. »

«It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. »
