«Our receptionist was friendly, but the room we booked was not what we received. We booked a room for four person capacity (3 actually staying in the room) Should have been a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room there was a king bed and a chair. We asked for a room with a sofa or a room with 2 beds. None available. They did bring us a small portable bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain so water ended up all over the floor. The lamp didn’t have a light switch.  ...

«We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful.»

«This Free breakfast was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The food was edible but there was no organization to it. People were standing and huddled around the toasters making their toast or bagel. It was a mini madhouse.»

«First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.»

«First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could ...

«If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well»

«The location of this property is convenient. About a mile away from restaurants, 15 minutes away from a Walmart and urgent care/hospital. Spacious rooms, indoor pool, nice patio areas with bbq pits and a fire pit. Overall a very nice hotel for a decent price. The only downfall was the staff was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a hotel till this visit. At check in, there were two females at the desk in a conversation. One of the girls paused the conversation and ...

«Upon arrival there was no hot water. The attendant at the desk told us that this has happened before and the issue should be fixed within an hour. It was not! We had to wait until the morning to get proper hot showers. Then the shower was extra slippery and the floor in the room was extra slippery. I have stayed at other Tru Hilton properties plenty in the past and have loved the experience but this one was horrible! It makes me rethink my loyalty to the brand!»

«Very nice stay. Lots of room. The place was really clean, we had two bedrooms, this place is like an apartment. I enjoyed myself, the staff was excellent. We had a little car trouble and the staff instantly gave me several options. Everything worked out great. If I am in SC again I will definitely look to stay at Main Stay Harbison.»

«The two ladies @ the front desk were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Do’s & Don’t. Location, location was amazing. The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable.»

«I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!»

«Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!»
