«Great hotel with accommodating staff. The suites are really big and the fridge has an ice maker! There is no carpet in the hotel which we thought was great. Would definitely stay again next time in Philly!»

«The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else»

«The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here.»

«This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches.
My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues.
I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. Because there was a major festival in the area, I was unable to find alternative accommodations that evening. Later that night, after ...
