«The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. «This property was a little slice of heaven, away from all the stressors of life. The cabin was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee, spices, etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Beautiful view of the lake from both inside and outside the cabin. There is a dock to fish off of so I highly recommend bringing your gear if you'd like. I made the special trip back in to Kelowna to grab some things at Canadian Tire because I could not miss out on this ...

«We loved staying here, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was amazing lots of seating and lots of fun things to play with e.g. gold, pickle ball, badminton, corn hole etc. there was a pickle ball court a one minute walk away from the place. Britannia Brewery was about a ten minute walk and definitely worth the visit. We would definitely stay here again.»
