Nice location, just out of town. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Bedroom and living area were average size but bathroom was extremely small, with a very tiny sink, making it hard to use.
Noticed quite a few small ants on the floor when a piece of dog kibble dropped on the floor. The ants swarmed it. Saw a number of silverfish as well. The room needs to be sprayed for ants and silverfish.
The first night it was quite warm in the room so we turned the temperature down, using the cool feature, from 23 degrees to 20 degrees, for sleeping. The thermostat didnt work however, and 12hrs later the room still showed 23 degrees, and we were unable to sleep because of the warmth in the bedroom. I told the front desk about the problem and a few hours later a young girl came to look at it. She figured we had not pressed the "set" button after changing the temp to 20 so she reset it for us. 5hrs later it was still 23 degrees so I went to the front desk again. The gentleman said he would call maintenance. A short time later he sent me a text saying maintenance told him to tell us to just turn the thermostat off. I guess they didnt want to bother coming to the room? We also opened all the windows and got the temp to 22.5. By morning it was 22 degrees. For the next 2 nights we were there no one bothered to check in or send maintenance over as obviously the thermostat was still broken. Turning it off is not fixing it. We put up with 22 degrees each night. Not impressed. Would not stay there again.
