«The place was perfect, the time fell on the major storm and Don made sure my daughter’s stay was safe. Don gave her a late check to accommodate her late flight. He stayed in communication with me throughout my daughter’s stay. She loved the place, close to some great hiking, coffee plantations. Not far from the beaches and airport. Highly recommended. »

«The location is near to a small beach & restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a variety of seasoning & utensils. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch with a view of the ocean, above nearby rooftops. There was good cross-ventilation & ceiling fans, which was helpful since there is not A/C here. Jim was helpful & easy to communicate with as needed.»

«This house was fantastic! Our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers had more than enough room. It’s not easy finding properties that can comfortably accommodate all of us at a reasonable price, this one was perfect. Tons of space and amazing wraparound deck/porch to add to the overall living space. Everything was very clean. The location is good too, short drive to every thing you can imagine. It was comforting knowing that the property caretaker lives down stairs, but we never heard or saw them ...

«Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone.»

«View was fantastic. Watched surfers each morning. Convenient to have parking, laundry, and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Really thoughtful to provide beach towels, body boards, etc. Few minor issues: carpet stains, dishwasher panel kept falling off, one door to lanai did not lock. Some trouble reaching the property manager when we first arrived and couldn't unlock the main door. »
