«The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids. »

«No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.»

«The home is lovely, new and clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and an easy trip from Brookline where we were going for a family gathering. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was perfect for our needs, met all our expectations, and we would happily stay there again and likely will do so next winter when we are back for another family holiday gathering. »

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy.  ...

«This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two ...
