«The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered ...

«Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great. Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. I had to go get my own towels, sheets and pillows from tj maxx before being able to sleep. But that also ...
