«Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. «They unit was clean all appliances were in good condition as well as the furnishings. The heating and cooling systems fan was noisy but provided comfortable temperature levels quickly. Instructions for operation of the TV would be helpful it went to a blank screen or froze multiple times. The stay was enjoyable and the items mentioned above were not something that would prevent a return or a recommendation.»

«We ate in 3/4 of our time due to kitchen convenience! The main bathroom was also excellent and had lots of emenities ..great shower, hand soap, and even body lotion! Quiet surrounding and beautiful walking trails with brooks and a Lake. Stonehenge Grill was a super club type setting with excellent food within 3 blocks of Condo. »

«It was clean and super easy check-in. Quiet area to stay. Cute and cozy. There was only 1 set of bath towel/wash cloth for 2 adults and I couldn’t locate more in cabinets or closet, but we made do using hand towels. I didn’t bother the owner because it was late and like I said we made it work. Probably a one-off oversight. Overall we would stay again.»

«I knew it was going to be peaceful, but I did not know just how peaceful it would be!! As soon as I pulled in, I was in heaven. The cabin is perfect. There were horses in the pasture to the left and the pond behind was pure serenity. I watched the horses almost the entire time I was there. At one point, one of them came over to say hi and I was able to give some love and pets. It was a highlight! There is also a beaver (I think.) in the pond and that was a highlight as well, spent quiet time ...
