«Wow, only stayed one night but the Grand Beach Resort had everything we needed. The room was large, modern and comfortable with a nice lake view. The bathroom was excellent with a nice tiled walk-in shower which reminded me of those at other 5 star resorts I've stayed at. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which were great. There was plenty of parking, The staff was great and it's close to some good restaurants and a short drive to wineries. The beach area was nice although it was too ...

«Great place. Good folks working the front desk. Really well located for all the day trips we took, and the beach in the morning was beautiful.
I will say that as someone who typically works out daily, the exercise room wasn’t the greatest, but this wasn’t a trip for that… just pure vacation. So it was a good spot.»

«Please be clear if you rent this property that you will be in Baroda Michigan not Union Pier. It is in wine country and a good distance from the heart of Union Pier. It is on a small tranquil lake. The property is very wooded and pretty but tons of bugs. The host was easy to reach but the listing I saw had a Union Pier address close to Lake Michigan and I found this very misleading. This needs to be fixed.»

«Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins. We took a couple of muffins and some coffee with us for our ride up to Mackinac Island. The only issue we encountered was not being able to figure out how to operate the TV in our room but it ...

«The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. We checked out at 3:00 am in the morning and did receive the deposit back. Take pictures before you unpack also when viewing the room it show ...
