The room was very clean, however, the bathroom door and the bedroom door did not close. On top of all that, my son left his charger in the room. We came back a few hours later and asked the lady at the front desk if the cleaners found it. After some very rude responses she refused to go look and said the room was already occupied again. Did not offer to take my number or to look the next day. My relative was staying there the next day and she asked the front desk if they could go look. That gentlemen said “Sure! It hasn’t been cleaned since she left.” Sure enough, the charger was right where my son left it. The treatment we received from that lady was enough for me to not ever go back there.
