«The amazing views of Lake Tekapo and the snow-capped mountains in the backdrop were stunning, making it a great place to just relax! Our suite was very clean, spacious, well-appointed and equipped with all modern appliances as well as great connectivity to the internet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a huge bath tub, perfect for a nice warm soak! The kitchen had all the basic necessities to make full meals. Parking was conveniently located in front of the unit.»

«Overall, we had a good stay. Couldn’t ask for a better location, we ate in the hotels restaurant and had a great meal. The room was clean and had nice amenities. However, it wasn’t an overly comfortable stay due to the bed. The mattress was an old spring mattress and it was had and uncomfortable. I woke up at 5:30am and moved to the couch.»

«This was our favorite stay in NZ! We were in the Tekapo room with direct views of the gorgeous turquoise lake, mountains, and Church of the Good Shepherd. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at nigh, sitting on our private patio overlooking the lake. The room is fabulously appointed - very eclectic! It literally took 2 minutes to walk to the city center then down to the lake. We had a toaster, microwave and fridge - all we needed to enjoy a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. Really ...

«There was a lot of space for the five of us. However, there should have been more towels. We each got one bath towel. We could have used some washcloths and an extra hand towel for the toilet room, which comes with a sink. It would have been helpful to have a shelf or hook in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer unit did not dry. So we had to hang up our clothes and iron some to dry them before checkout the following morning. The frypan was well worn.»

«Clean and easy check-in. When we got there the fridge had been turned off and had an odor to it, also no milk for tea. You can hear and smell the cooking from the many adjacent neighbours. Cant open window due to no screen and missing simple things like hooks to hang things in the bathroom and no hand towel rack either.
Too over priced for a room with no cooking (just a microwave wold have been good).»
