«Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!»

«The 1st front desk clerk was nice and helpful, but the 2nd one (1230 am) clerk was rude and never looked up when I came down to ask a question. Had to go downstairs since the phone in the room was not working and no one answered when I called from my cell. Not only did the phone not work neither did the TV. The only reason I did not leave and find another hotel is because I was exhausted from driving all day. Would not recommend this hotel»

«The hosts are very friendly, very responsive. They go out of their way to make your stay nice. They are on top of repairs and things that come up to repair out of the ordinary affecting the apartment are delt with without the slightest procrastination. The apartment is very cozy and very well stocked and thought out. They really made this place a home away from home. «We stayed for long weekend! It’s three bedrooms and two bathroom with ample space. The house was very clean and appeared newly remodeled. Hosts provided all the necessary items plus a few extra (coffee pods, shampoo and conditioner, etc) Communication with host was quick and helpful! Nice location very near town! Would definitely stay again! »
