«Everything was very nice. great balcony was lovely. Breakfast was great. I would only comment on the unpleasant smell of the room. It got better after opening the door to the balcony. But lovely place.»

«The location is incredible - secluded wooded property with gorgeous landscaping, on the bay, less than 10 minutes to busy Boothbay Harbor. This is our second visit and we look forward to returning. The food is excellent in the dining room and for the included breakfast. We especially like the large wood burning fireplace next to the dining area. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or spirits! This property is a hidden treasure.»

«The Newagen Inn is located on a beautiful seafront property. The balcony of the room we had looked out over the end of the pensula and the ocean. There was an excellent breakfast, with a full range of options, in the dining hall in the morning. My wife took a dip in the "warmed" sea water pool. The Inn served dinner one of the nights we were there and bar food and drinks the other night. The Inn is conveniently located within easy driving distance of Boothbay Harbor and surrounding seaside ...

«We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)»

«This property was an absolute disappointment - the room smelled of toxic fumes , the heater did not work , the restaurant next door was extremely noisy , the rooms need a refresh , they are very dank and depressing. There is no way to contact the hotel owners , they give a check in code but do not greet the guests and they did not answer the phone when we tried to contact .»
