«Great staff at front desk; one who checked us in and the one who checked us out very early AM. Enjoyed a good dinner in the bar!»

«The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Didn’t use the amenities so I don’t have an option on it. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the tub didn’t drain properly. the air vent in the bathroom was super dusty one of the sheets had a stain on it but that was changed out very swiftly.»

Upon checking in, a staff member named Jesse interrupted another employee who was assisting me just to inform me, without any reason or prior interaction, that I could not have any family members or visitors come to my hotel room at any time during my stay.
