Its a lot of people using emergency exits coming and going as they please, letting all types of people in … big safety issue. Someone made a noise complaint about my son’s breathing machine like how disrespectful. I feel like I have been scammed. When I arrived my room was hot. I know most hotel rooms don’t get too hot or cold but to be blowing out only cold air & no heat Jan. 17th is crazy is it not winter ? Throughout the night before it got too late I noticed it got chilly but I thought I was tripping. No my kids & I feel like we are outside in the cold currently. How is that possible at something that is owned by the Hilton ?????? I do appreciate the lady that works third shift at the front desk she tried to fix the problem, apologized & gave me more blankets. As I stated before the price to stay here doesn’t match whats going on here. Also the pool rail is about to come out of the ground so unsafe. If it wasn’t snowing I would be packing my kids up and leaving right now. I guess it doesn’t make much of a difference. Save the fake apology, I’m not contacting anyone after I left review. I feel you need to contact the customers, you have our info in your system if you really care to fix it. I will be ending my membership as well very disappointed. Irritated & disrespected is not how I should feel leaving
