«First room, the door wouldn't open from the inside. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk on. GM rescued us from that room and moved us to another. That room's thermostat was broken and the bathroom door would get stuck shut. Room was overall kind of worn. Service was good, location was good - would stay again if they renovated.»

«Location was perfect.»

«Muy bueno»

«Spacious clean room and very friendly staff. Loved their happy hour with appetizers, as well as their breakfast bar. Highly recommend staying here.»

«Overall it was a decent stay. The only two issues we had was the ironing board and the shower head was clogged.»

«All excellent»

«It was very nice»

«Clean rooms & property, great staff, amenities were a bit scarce mostly when it came to coffee. Just be prepared to stock your own water and caffeinated beverages. Also no microwave so only plan to have cold or dry items in the room for food.»

«We love visiting Grand Rapids. We reserved a room so our family could enjoy a day at Meijer Garden and another day at the zoo. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and told us about the light dinner and the next day’s breakfast. He was the highlight of our stay. The ‘dinner’ fare was passable, but limited choices. Our room was odd, an interior room with a small window overlooking a hall or narrow atrium, couldn’t figure it out. The dark colors of the room gave it a cell sort of vibe. ...

«This hotel is extremely old. The carpet smell is not good at all. When I checked in requested the shower and tub to be cleaned because of stains. The cleaning staff said it was an old stained that couldn’t be removed. No refrigerator, no microwave and the workout area was down many halls and in the old pool area. Weights were old and rusted. If you have to stay just sleep then it’s okay. I stayed for a week and was unable to exercise not one day. I expected better from Doubletree.»

«An absolutely solid hotel. Despite the more than expected number of guests at the event I was attending the staff handled us well and were a great help where needed. And our rooms were cleaned quickly and had no noticeable problems.»

«Fint sted å bo om du skal ha det enkelt. Kunne gjerne vært mer utstyr på kjøkkenet. Har du rom i første etasje så er det mye støy rundt rommet og lukten av røyk vil du merke. Kommer til å leie rom igjen her! »
