«The picture of the pool area is misleading. I can understand construction on the slide but the upkeep for the rest of the area was very poor. The outdoor patio had overgrown weeds making it not appealing to hang out in area. The restaurant/bar area was closed and when I asked staff they said it’s been closed for a couple months since the change of hotels, I feel like at some point it should have been updated then on the website.»

«Fint sted å bo om du skal ha det enkelt. Kunne gjerne vært mer utstyr på kjøkkenet. Har du rom i første etasje så er det mye støy rundt rommet og lukten av røyk vil du merke. Kommer til å leie rom igjen her! »

«Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet»

«We traveled with family for cheer competition, we requested to be in room close to each other. They were able to give us rooms right across from each other. The air conditioner was broke in their room so they had to be moved to another room down the hall. We went to use the shower that night and our shower was broke. They moved us to another room upstairs. We pack up and move to the new room to find that the air conditioner was broke in that room. We went back to the front desk and they moved us ...

The parking was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to come and go throughout our stay. «Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. One staff member was great the other seemed overwhelmed/stressed and made us feel not welcome/ annoyed with us the way we were talked to just because i booked a wheelchair room through a 3rd party so she couldn’t change my booking but i didn’t want to change i booked that room because i had a family member in a wheelchair. «Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all. When I asked to change rooms, they told me that I would have the pack up, come down with my luggage, check out and then check back in. Expensive property for what you get.
