«I thought it would be ok to book for price, when my family arrived there was ants in the room. I called to main desk and asked if we could switch rooms because I mean who wants ants crawling around, they front desk staff no questions switched the room which was better. They offered a 15 gift card to Starbucks but it wasn’t a real Starbucks. If you just need a place to safely stay I would say ok for the price, but that was a one and done stay for me.»

«There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. »

«My stay at Holiday Inn downtown Grand Rapids was great and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet for $16.99, but we did not check it out. This hotel was clean, the staff was great, and they offered a free shuttle bus to downtown events. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. »

«We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck.»

«Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds. »

«Wonderful mattress and choice of firm or soft pillows without requesting. Breakfast was hot with a good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Definitely staying here again and again. »
