«Excellent hotel to stay at, close to restaurants, stores for shopping, and easy access to highways. Facility was clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to stay at while in Grand Rapids.»

«The pool looked nice but wasnt accessible because it was packed with a guest who had a birthday party at the hotel pool. The floors were wet all threw the the hotel for hours, they did use caution cones. The hotel room was clean, but the toilet paper holder rolls were hanging off the wall held on by the wallpaper. There was no hot water to shower or wash up, not even luke warm it was ice cold water. The front desk at check out was rude and dismissive. Perhaps frustrated about the questions and ...

«This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.»

«Very clean. Parking and getting into the hotel was unique.»

«The property was older, but kept very well. The pool was a lot of fun for our family, and there is a basketball court outside that we did not get to use but looked like it would be fun as well! Breakfast was pretty basic for hotel food, but there was plenty of food even during the busiest times. But what won the show was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind to us and our little one. Would definitely stay here again.»
