«Særdeles tilmålt service hos personalet. Dårlig utvalg av glutenfri mat, samt barnevennlig mat. Ok renhold, og fasiliteter. »

«After the hurricane hit Kiaua island the ocean front was destroyed yet the garden side was still functioning and they did their best to accommodate us.»

«The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the evenings were disappointing. There was very little nightlife, no real bar atmosphere, and almost everything closed by 9:00 p.m., which made the resort feel quiet much too early. The drinks at the bar were also below expectations, and the bartenders and bar staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic, which ...

«The place is beautiful but it was not a super clean resort. The rug was stained and the outside just felt dirty. Everything else was good»

«The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The elevator was broken, the carpet was dirty, and the rooms were not in the cleanest condition. We also weren't aware that our room would be located next to a luau, which created significant noise issues during our stay. Between the room location, cleanliness, and maintenance issues, I would recommend staying elsewhere.»

«Room on the first night had a mattress that was 10 to 15 years old. Springs were so broken there were two body shapes in the mattress 4 to 6 inches deep. Couch was old and dirty. Room smelled of body odor. After complaining the next morning, we were told nothing else was available, but another mattress cover was offered. Then after much heated exchange explaining we bought a room and it was not suitable for anyone to stay in, we were offered a room but was a downgrade from ocean view to ...

«We only spent one day here, which was a shame. It seemed very much like a community there, with amazing facilities making it easy for independent living, and great for longer stays, but not ideal for just one night. Late check in and early check out as well. The area was stunning, and the room was amazing!! The staff were very friendly, but not very helpful with tips outside the hotel, as we were not long term guests. But for a longer stay it would be amazing! »

«Fint hotell ved stranden. Vi var fire på rommet men den inkluderte frokosten var bare for to. Til tross for resort fer kommer det meste i tillegg. Generelt dyrt. Servicen du får avhenger av hvor mye du tipser. »

«Considering that the island was recovering from hurricane Lowell, the premises were in pretty good shape--they were still working on cleanup but both pools were open and the unit was very clean and had a nice layout--2 bdrm, 2bth, outdoor patio. Full kitchen with decent amenities--was not ocean view but beach was close by.»

«Sengen og badet så rent ut, men resten av rommet var det lav standard på. Alle dørhengsler var veldig rustet og lampene så ut som de var hentet på søppeldynga. Vi var ikke så mye på rommet så var ikke et veldig stort problem, men til prisen var det skuffende. Frokosten er heller ikke noe å skrive hjem om.»

«The view is absolutely gorgeous for the price.»
