«The atrium was a scene from a 1920s movie architecture. We liked it. The public areas were a little dark. With all the dark wood there needs to be lighter walls and brighter lighting. The elevator was well worn with broken floor button panel that didn't light up. But the ride was fairly smooth. In the room, the desk light and the wall light only lit up half the lights. I could not tell if the AC or heat unit was running. I upped the thermostat to 74 to prepare for the 38 degree night temps. ...

«The room was ok for cleanliness. But the photos are definitely not the way it actually is
They lost power for some reason time and no explanation
I had booked a suite and I say that it was a far cry of a suite I was greatly disappointed in the whole experience .
The beds were not as advertised.
Plus it was supposed to be a double bedroom and that was not the case either»

«The pictures online were NOT what the property looked like. When finding our room we realized it was not part of the hotel but a separate building. We walked up an outdoor set of stairs that were not well lit onto an outside balcony to our room. Once we entered the room we found stains on the bedspreads and brown stains on the white sheets on both of the beds. The floor was dirty and there was about a two inch gap between the bottom of the outside door and the floor where something could easily ...

«The beds are excellent. I had the best nights sleep in years here. The comfy bed and AC control made it for me. Specifically, the AC wasn’t set up to blast cold air at you but controlled the room temperature. The room was quiet and well set up. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was adequate.»
