«We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. »

«The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. «A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.»
