«After many miles of riding on the GAP and C&O Towpath, the Canal Cabins were a welcome and much needed hiatus! The cabin was cozy and clean, air conditioned, with many personal touches one would need, like bike tools! The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. And free laundry! Would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!»

«The only complaint I have about this hotel! Everything was wonderful here except for the breakfast, if that’s what you want to call it. The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired. Barely anything there.»

«Always a great stay. Peaceful and plenty to explore. We cant wait to come back!»

«This home was so beautiful, clean, peaceful and quiet. It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend visit to ride the train. The hosts, John and Kelly, were extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming and accommodating. Will be booking again. We absolutely loved the character of this home.»

«We had a lovely three night stay at this property. Laura and Ryan are excellent hosts! The kitchen was very well appointed with many thoughtful touches that you don’t often get at many rental units. Highly recommend!»

«We stayed in the Willow Suite which is on the ground floor around the back. Very quite and relaxing space. Had coffee out back in the morning over looking the river. A very nice property. Planning a return trip to Capon Bridge in the fall and will stay here again. Ian was fantastic to deal with. Very prompt communication.»

«Lovely place everyone enjoyed staying here, very clean and excellent location»

«Everything was great other than odor of dog pee »

«This is the place for you if you love a good view and like to watch TV, play foosball, and enjoy a hot tub.»

«We had a great stay at the cozy cabin. Everything was very clean and organized. We (and our dog) loved the outdoor space. When we were inside, the AC and fans kept us cool on a very hot weekend. The kitchen is well-equipped and we felt like we had everything we needed. Thanks Debbie!»

«The property was just as expected , nice and clean, in a nice quiet place. Would definitely go back.»

«Spectacular view, takes a little to get there on a back road but it’s worth it! Host is very responsive»

«I was very very dissapointed. It was important to stay at a cabin that had a fireplace and a hot tub...the cabin being clean and having adequate heat, should be a given! We were told on day 2 of our 3rd day there, they finally sent somebody out to fix the hot tub and we at the pellet fireplace has been broken and parts were on order. There was no heat in one bedroom and in mine, once it heated up, it smelled of strong dog feces, as though imbedded in the cracks of the tiles and I felt ...
