Escape to tranquility in our brand-new modern cabin nestled in the heart of West Virginia, designed for an intimate getaway for two. This stunning retreat offers panoramic mountain views through expansive glass windows, flooding the space with natural light. Unwind in the luxurious hot tub, savor meals cooked on the charcoal grill, and cozy up by the fire pit under the starlit sky. We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Escape to the mountains - The outdoor space of our modern cabin is a serene haven designed for ultimate relaxation and connection with nature. Start your mornings with a steaming cup of coffee on the spacious deck, where you can soak in the breathtaking mountain views and the gentle morning light. Take a stroll to your private pond (you might see the owners or there children playing there as well) for a picnic in the afternoon! As the day winds down, fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious meal, then unwind in the hot tub, enveloped by the sounds of nature. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars, or take a short stroll to the hilltop pavilion for a peaceful retreat with an elevated view of the surrounding landscape.

- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through the large window, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 21 years of age or older.

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

3. This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

4. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

5. There is a steep hill right before you get to the tiny cabins. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4 wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

6. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!
