«Booked two nights from Expedia. On the first night, I was badly bitten by a bed bug. Captured it alive and showed it to the front desk, then switched me to a new room. However, it is too late, and I cannot sleep anymore cause it always feels like there are more bed bugs. Had to cancel the second night and have been waiting for the hotel to deal with it. However, no one has ever contacted me, nor has there been any update on the refund for more than a week.»

«No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. «Staff was all wonderful and extremely nice to me and my wife. Very helpful with information about how to get around the city easier. Breakfast at the restaurant was great as well. Hotel and room were both clean. The only complaint was the bed wasn’t very comfortable to us.»

«A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem ...

«Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top !
